Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Initial draft — requires legal review and tailoring before reliance.
This policy explains how the LEGAL WITH ADHAM website (the “Site”) handles data when you use it.
Data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), request type and message. These are sent through the Web3Forms service to the Site administrator’s email and are used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter (when enabled): your email address. Subscriptions are managed by the newsletter provider shown on the sign-up page, with a confirmation email and the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Technical data: the Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for operation and security. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it does not use cookies to track visitors.
The Site does not require an account, does not accept payments and does not store payment-card data.
Embedded third-party services
- YouTube: videos are shown in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you press play. Once played, Google’s privacy policy applies.
- GitHub Discussions (giscus): if the community section is enabled, posting requires signing in with a GitHub account, and GitHub’s privacy policy applies to posts.
Retention and your rights
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
